Employer Sales & Account Manager (12 month contract term) Canada - Remote

Riipen is looking for driven Employer Sales Managers to lead the acquisition and engagement of businesses and organizations looking to connect with students through project-based learning. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound employer leads, driving project acquisition, and ensuring long-term engagement. You’ll play a critical role in hitting acquisition targets, generating revenue, and building lasting employer relationships.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada.

This position is a full time (40 hours) 12-month contract opportunity to start, based on program funding. The base salary for this role is in the range of $50,000 - $55,000, with a total OTE of up to $75,000 per year.
