Team Overview

You will be joining a pod under Understand My Business Journey that owns defining and delivering the target state for customer onboarding systems, capabilities, and processes. We are the business owner for change initiatives, while we closely collaborate with business and technology teams for successful delivery of them.

Job Description:
  • Participate in developing target state and the prioritized roadmap to deliver it for capabilities supporting customer onboarding.
  • Perform analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer onboarding journey and document quantitative and qualitative benefits.
  • Define scope of work for the prioritized initiatives within the roadmap and work with technology partners to document high level solution and cost for delivering the scope
  • Lead the assigned initiatives and work with multiple partners and platform teams during different phases of design, development, change management, implementation, and Day 2
  • Representing business in initiatives and able to provide timely decision, resolve issues/barriers, and address risks
  • Support pod product owner in maintaining a strong backlog.
  • Supporting change management activities, guiding training and communications
  • Ensure all business stakeholders are involved, consulted, and aligned with the changes that impact them.
  • Partner with the delivery teams on key execution decisions and on aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Comply with evolving Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your customer (KYC) and regulations

Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • More than 3 years of experience in leading large-scale technology centric initiatives in agile setting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations from analysis
  • Self-driven person who can put different pieces of puzzle together and define exceptional customer or colleague experience
  • Resourceful self-starter who works well on their own and within team environments
  • Knowledge of customer sales, onboarding and fulfillment workflow and capabilities is very beneficial.
  • Ability to develop, influence and maintain strong relationships with internal (business and technology) and external partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
