The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $127,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

What you will do
As an Integration Consultant in our Workday practice, you'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
- Analyze client issues and develop solutions using the latest technology solutions.
- Build long-term business relationships with client teams and executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
- Taking accountability for Workday Integration deliverables and support Integration lead and project manager in Integration end to end process
- Work with functional team and third-party vendors in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution
- Hands-on opportunities to develop Workday integrations and custom reports
- Participate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to Integration
- Gain a deep understanding of the Workday implementation tools to execute day to day Integration activities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Workday product and support team member on cross-functional and tasks outside of the Integration stream
- Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers or performing research, business development, proposals, and demos in support of initiatives.
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Business, Technology, or related degree
- Passion about consulting and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment
- Experience in Workday integration and configuration will be an asset but not mandatory - EIB, DT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, BIRT reporting, custom reports and calculated fields
- Knowledge and experience about Web Services, REST API, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables
- Knowledge of Workday or other ERP system is a plus but not required
- Bilingual French/English spoken and written is an asset
- A commitment to continual learning - developing new skills, stepping out of your comfort zone to take on new responsibilities, and broadening your knowledge through research
- Flexibility to travel to client site as needed
