You'll be part of a central team that provides reporting and analysis on all areas of HR using identified data sets, including understanding the business questions of clients, identifying the right data to answer those questions, and analyzing that data to provide insight.

  • Maintain security access roles and technical documentation for all Power BI reports
  • As our analytics practice matures in the future, collaborate with the advisory team in the development of predictive analytics and statistical models
  • As required, this position will also take on advisory duties, which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Identifying, developing, defining, and managing distribution of metrics, measures, and KPIs via annual and quarterly reports for all areas of People & Culture
  • Providing insights and analyses for business client questions, in a way that visually communicates the story of what is happening
We're looking for someone who can:

  • Creative thinking: You can see new possibilities, find connections between disparate ideas, and reframe thinking about an issue; you are innovative and can use new ideas or perspectives to solve difficult problems.
  • Customer service focus: You have a strong customer-service orientation founded on understanding the business needs and pressures of our clients, and the ability to proactively identify needs and take action to resolve issues.
